While exploring the wrecks in the river backwater, Chloe discovers a derelict tugboat and persuades her father and grandpa to salvage the boat, and they get involved with the renovation. Their adventures with best friends Annabelle and Toby soon becomes their first love. Justin and Chloe meet Lord and Lady Ellington and learn their grandmother once lived at Ellington Hall.
